  10.             DOS version 3.1 or higher. The distribution of the files is
  11.             on two 360K 5.25 inch [  ] floppy disks or one 720K 3.5 inch
  12.             [  ] (check one) floppy disk. They are sent by first class
  13.             mail in a protective mailer. All shipping and handling costs
  14.             are included in the purchase price.
  15.               Purchasing the software entitles the registrant to fair use
  16.             of BGFT (TM) and associated files. Copying the registered
  17.             programs for the purpose of giving or selling the program to
  18.             others violates Dirac Systems' copyright.
